The fifth group of leaders will join our Certificate in Leadership (CiL) on 18 September 2024. Delivered by UONGOZI Institute and Aalto EE, CiL is a self-paced programme designed for emerging leaders and executives working in any industry across Africa.

The Programme, with three modules running for a period of six months, provides tools for leaders to effectively manage their resources to achieve sustainable development. It is a ‘must-have’ in today’s rapidly changing business world.

Graduates of the programme have an additional advantage into the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership.
