The seventh\u00a0UONGOZI Institute Graduation Ceremony was held on 17 May, 2024. The event was organised to celebrate the accomplishments of those who completed our long-term programmes:\u00a0Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership (PGD)<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Certificate in Leadership (CiL)<\/strong><\/a>, and\u00a0Women\u2019s Leadership Programme (WLP)<\/strong><\/a>. A total of 198 leaders graduated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The guest of honour was H.E. Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, former President of the United Republic of Tanzania. Hon. George Simbachawene (MP), Minister of State in the President\u2019s Office \u2013 Public Service Management and Good Governance, was in attendance.\u00a0Below are his remarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
