The lecture was one of the pre-events leading to the 39th SADC Summit hosted in Dar es Salaam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The keynote address was delivered by H.E. Benjamin William Mkapa, former President of the United Republic of Tanzania. In his remarks, he considered the obstacles and opportunities arising from economic integration within the SADC region.
