On 13 May 2022, in collaboration with our executive education partner Aalto University Executive Education, we held the fifth Leadership Graduation Ceremony to celebrate those who had completed our long-term executive programmes: Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Certificate in Leadership. A total of 117 leaders graduated. Deputy Minister Deogratius Ndejebi, representing the Minister of State \u2013 President\u2019s Office (Public Service Management and Good Governance), officiated the event.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The keynote speech from the fifth Leadership Graduation Ceremony (May 2022) was given by Ambassador Ombeni Sefue, the former Chief Secretary of the United Republic of Tanzania and Chairperson of UONGOZI Institute\u2019s Board of Directors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the keynote address from Ambassador Ombeni Sefue, he shared his reflection on the idea of leadership; ethical leadership; the importance of life-long learning; and offered words of caution to those aspiring to take on higher leadership positions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
