Mr. Kadari Singo is a capacity development expert who is known for his ability to translate leadership theory into a practice that proves to be workable and is very useful to leaders and senior management in the public and private sectors.

He has worked in Tanzania and U.S.A., with over twenty years’ experience
in developing and running courses to support senior leaders and management. His previous roles at the Institute include Head of Executive Education and Programme Director.

Prior to joining the Institute,Mr. Singo worked for the United Nations at its Headquarters in New York as Change Management expert and the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (Learning and Training).
