It is designed for leaders who want to propel their professional development without putting their careers on hold.
This programme, delivered in partnership with Aalto University Executive Education, is designed for emerging leaders and executives working in any function across Africa. The self-paced programme covers critical areas needed to lead fast-changing organisations, including change management and data analysis. It includes 3 modules running for a period of six months. The estimated time commitment per week is 2-4 hours.
The Women’s Leadership Programme allows senior and emerging female leaders to navigate the unique leadership challenges that deter female professionals in the workplace from occupying senior leadership positions.
Helping new leaders, particularly presidential appointees, quickly and effectively integrate into their new roles is one of UONGOZI Institute’s specialties. At the same time, learn how to work more effectively with each other and the executive management team to optimise their organisations’ contribution to national socio-economic development.
