On 11 December 2025, UONGOZI Institute will launch its Emerging Leaders Programme, dedicated to help rising leaders in Africa advance in their roles and careers.
This self-paced programme, designed in collaboration with HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management, has six modules running over the course of six months. It challenges participants to build self-awareness, embrace a mindset of resilience and growth, and inspire others to drive change.
The guest of honour will be Hon. Regina Quarry (MP), Deputy Minister, President’s Office–Public Service Management and Good Governance.
