The 8th UONGOZI Institute Graduation Ceremony will be held on 16 May, 2024 at the Mlimani City Conference Hall, Dar es Salaam, from 8:00 AM.
The event is organised to celebrate the accomplishments of those who have completed our long-term executive programmes: Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership (PGD), Certificate in Leadership (CiL), and Women’s Leadership Programme (WLP).
Over 200 leaders will graduate.
PGD: Delivered by UONGOZI Institute and Aalto University Executive Education, this programme aims to motivate participants to become better designers and innovators of effective structures and systems for better results. It is undertaken on an annual basis with a total of 10 modules. Each module runs for one month, consisting of 2-3 days in-class workshops and online individual or group assignments. Read more
CiL: This programme, also delivered in partnership with Aalto University Executive Education, is designed for emerging leaders and executives working in any function across Africa. The self-paced programme covers critical areas needed to lead fast-changing organisations, including change management and data analysis. It includes 3 modules running for a period of six months. The estimated time commitment per week is 2-4 hours. Read more
WLP: This programme allows senior and emerging female leaders to navigate the unique leadership challenges that deter female professionals in the workplace from occupying senior leadership positions. It provides women leaders with unparalleled learning opportunities, including the Women’s Leadership Forum, training, coaching, as well as networking opportunities. Read more
