The District Administrative Secretaries (DASs) from Mainland Tanzania will participate in a three-day onboarding programme from 4 July 2023, in Dodoma.

The workshop, organised by the President’s Office – Public Service Management and Good Governance in collaboration with UONGOZI Institute, will be officiated by Hon. Kassim Majaliwa Majaliwa (MP), Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania. It will cover essential leadership topics to help DASs develop a deeper understanding of their functions as public leaders; become more self-aware and emotionally intelligent; as well as improve their decision-making and interpersonal skills.

This activity will be delivered as part of our Senior Public Leaders Onboarding programme.
