Applications for the 2026/2027 intake of our Women’s Leadership Programme (WLP) are now closed. A total of 100 candidates will be selected and notified in September 2026. They will form the ninth and tenth cohorts of the programme. The programme will begin on 5 October 2026.
The WLP was launched in June 2022 to enable more women to lead, own, shape and contribute to the development processes in the region. The target group is African women in mid- and senior-level positions across all sectors. The aim is to help them develop leadership competencies in personal leadership, people leadership and organisational leadership. It provides them with unparalleled learning opportunities, including the Women’s Leadership Forum, training, coaching and mentoring, as well as networking opportunities.
